A series of new business wins, both in Scotland and the USA, has led innovative Glasgow-based full service digital marketing agency GRA to quadruple the size of its offices.
Now with the keys to refurbished new premises at in the Park area of the city, GRA managing director, Jemma Robertson’s growing team has lots more room to breathe.
Jemma said: “We have half of the top floor in our new premises and 1200 sq ft of space, compared to just 300 sq ft in our old office, so our expanding team now have greater space in a more comfortable, more productive working environment.
In addition, we have formal meeting space and a place for the team to breakout and brainstorm new creative ideas. It’s very exciting.”
While Scotland remains the dominant market for GRA, the move into the USA, and the associated reputational boost, opens up major new opportunities for the agency as part of its longer-term strategy of taking on more big-brand business.
The new space and new business wins are expected also to further enhance turnover, which has increased by 75% this year.
GRA, started as Guy Robertson Advertising in 1986 is now run by the eponymous founder’s daughter Jemma, 26.
GRA’s clients include Coatbridge-based confectionery manufacturer Lees of Scotland, timber specialist Fleming and Glasgow independent school, The High School of Glasgow.
Jemma, who took over as MD of GRA in 2020 from her late father, has grown its revenues by around 250% and its profits by 50% over the last three years.
